PET Braided Sleeving
Braided sleeving acts like "Chinese Finger Cuffs". It expands as it is pushed over wires or hoses and then springs back to rest as a tight, slick fit cover when the job is done. PET is a polyester monofilament, Polyetheylene Terephthalate, and is a generous 10 mil thickness (.010") for greater abrasion protection. Wonderful flexibility at almost any temperature, -103° C to 125° C, and endures twisting or repeated bending without kinking, wrinkling, or wrecking its smooth appearance. A tough outer sleeve that resists gasoline, engine chemicals, cleaning solvents, scuffing, and has a high tensile strength. An ideal, light weight cover for cables, hoses, harness wires in the electronics, automotive, and marine industries. The sleeving slides over irregular shapes and sizes resulting in a quick and easy installation. PET braid has a snug fit that enables the bundle to move smoothly over snags and corners during installation into the nastiest of environments or equipment.
