SHIPPING:
When will my order ship?
We strive to get you the products you want, FAST. We guarantee your in stock items will be shipped no later than the following business day. All UPS Ground, Two Day and Next Day orders received after 2pm est will NOT be shipped same business day. These orders will ship the following business day. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been approved.

Can I ship freight collect?
At this time we are NOT able to ship freight collect.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to all 10 provinces. NOTE: Canadian customers will be responsible for any taxes, duties or brokerage charges if they should apply. There is typically no brokerage charge if sent UPS expedited or express. Click Here for a full description of these charges.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes at this time.

What if I order the wrong size or simply don’t like what I receive?
100% satisfaction guaranteed. We stand by everything we sell at Happy Terminals. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it. There are no restocking fees or any other penalties for returning merchandise. After returning the material in saleable condition in its original packaging we will immediately refund your entire purchase, less shipping.
